  1. Of course the best exercise is the one you can sustain. But lets be real cycling lets you cover more ground, is low impact, causes far fewer injuries, burns more calories and is more fun. The problem I see is people getting on a bike and then just letting the momentum keep them going. You should always, always be pushing on a bike.
