Dr. Berry, I have been on this program and watching you since last Labor Day..I lost 65 pounds, just had my physical, and still my glucose was 101, last year it was 109..I thought it would be lower…is this good progress? I do have low carb ice cream with sucralose in it…is that something that would keep the glucose up?

  4. Does ketogenic life style help blood flow, I know it doesn’t take away vercose veins but does the weight loss and blood flow will help it.
