  4. I don't like this because I feel that you have to enjoy the food you eat so that it can work well for your body. You say you hate the taste of vinegar and don't like the apple so there's no point consuming it as your putting negative energy into it by not enjoying it so it's not really going to do your body any good at all.

  8. Some of this advice is definitely accurate, but don't discount talking to a doctor if you think you have any issues. A healthy body with a balanced diet will take care of your gut without the need for this level of hyper-focus. A year ago I was diagnosed with systemic lupus and celiac disease, and healing from years of damage to my intestines has definitely required constant effort. So, eat a balanced diet, and if you feel you have problems, talk to a pro! Gut health is more than just a cleanse. Some great pieces of advice in this vid, tho
