  1. I’m 14
    my height is 5’6
    and I weigh 208 pounds
my goal weight is 135-140 pounds.
I’m really ashamed of my weight and how my body looks, it has always been one of my insecurities & I’ve been trying so hard to lose weight for years. I’m not fat to the point where I can’t walk or workout so I want to take that opportunity to eat healthier and exercise before it’s too late! It’s very hard to cut out food you love but it’s not hard to limit yourself from it sometimes and I think that’s very helpful:) doing surgery is something I considered once but I wont consider it again because I think I can do it! I already lost 2 kilos in a week so that is really good progress. I will update you guys if I lose weight.

  2. That's what happened to me. I carry the weight really well but I'm insulin resistant and it's hard to lose weight plus when j was a kid I never knew when I was full
