    It took me 3 months to lose 10kg and it wasn't and was hard. I didnt have a diet or do any exercising I just ate less food (1.5 meals a day). I am actually 12 years old and currently 50kg/166cm. On July I was 61.7 kg and now October I am 50.6kg. Hope this motivates anyone if they want to lose weight.

  8. OMG you are so inspiring and beautiful. I just started my weight loss journey 2 weeks ago. No starving at all, just clean food and lots of exercise. I was 5'3 and 50kg when I started and I'm currently 48.7kg. I didn't expect it work this fast so I was very surprised when I saw the number today. Watching you videos is one of my favorite when I feel not as motivated!
