  2. Ok. Got it. For me it’s 220-55.5=164.5. Then 164.5 X 0.65=106.925.
    So how much room do I have above and below 106.925?
    I’m currently on a treadmill at Planet Fitness. Walking 44 minutes at a 3.0 pace, 3.5 elevation and my heart rate is 117. I’m sweating pretty good but not breathing hard at all. Recommendations?
