    My goal was to go below 80kgs.

    Sex: Male

    Age: 34

    Height: 178cm = 5,83ft

    Weight: 86,7kgs = 191,14 lbs

    Here is the summary:

    Day01: 86,7kgs – was feeling a bit hungry but was able to handle it.

    Day02: 85,3kgs

    Day03: 84,9kgs – have experienced stomach issues  The hardest day so far.

    Day04: 84,3kgs

    Day05: 83,8kgs

    Day06: 83,7kgs

    Day07: 83,2kgs

    Day08: 82,5kgs

    Day09: 82kgs

    Day10: 81,5kgs

    I lost 5,2kgs !

    Some notes:

    I was eating carrots and cucumbers between meals.

    Drinking water and green tea (no sugar, no honey).

    Oat with milk, almonds, goji seeds, coconut swarfs.

    No gym, no exercises at all. Only 15 minutes walk to work everyday.

    No cheating.

    Don’t know what to do to avoid yo-yo effect after completion of diet.

    My Body: I lost belly fat. Complexion is really smooth and flawless.

    I am not a dietician, don’t know the substitute for eggs.
