  1. I feel she uses too much fruit. This could probably help people who are somewhat chubby, but not too chubby, can use as a diet.
    But I do understand that not all diets are fixated to all bodies.

  2. I really wish I had locate the “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) years ago. For 3 weeks of making use of the programs, I dropped TWELVE lbs There is still need of work outs even only a couple of times weekly as well as the foods to eat should be right.     So on the second dish you used mushroom I personally dont like mushroom (or egg cus it makes me feel like vomiting) so can i use anything else other then mushroom

  7. What does everyone recommend to use instead of bananas? I only used one for the first recipe (chocolate pudding) to cut back on the banana taste and even with that it was still overpowering.
