And, I don't get ripped and lean even half as easily as I used to 10 years ago. Not even five years ago. I don't think you can blame age for putting weight on you. If you gain weight, that's like 90% bad choices. that being said, it does take a whole lot more work to get the same results as you did when you were younger.
