    …mera ek imp question h….main keto start ki thi weight loss ke liye…but i m vegetarian…and 1 hi din mai meri band baj gai…..so if i stop to kya weight increase ho jaayega….even if i control my diet like consume carbs but in limited amount…..kya m weight loss kr paungi without keto
