  1. J lo can afford a personal trainer and a week break at a detox get away and she can get every meal made by a professional diet chef who can make things appetizing…reality sugar is a drug and its everywhere and virtually impossible to get away from.

  2. Guys i cut sugar for 2 months to be exact (and has skipped desserts ever since , i do take carbs tho) and i lost 4 kgs and kept it off. Added Sugar is really not good for you. I cut all desserts, chocolates and candies.
