Basically how to “count” calories without going “crazy”! This is how I lost 40+ Lbs without “counting” every calorie.

  1. Hey you guys! Sorry I've been MIA this month – I've been putting this together for you! Haha, seriously 🙂 This is a longer video, but I really hope that it can be helpful to you if you have been struggling with calories, and getting obsessive with counting calories, or have been feeling frustrated about losing weight. There is no such thing as a "weight loss secret" (unfortunately, lol) BUT – this is the closest thing (that has helped me such a great deal)! You guys have asked me so many times to talk about my point system eating plan – so here it is "Liezl Jayne's Point System"!! Give the entire video a good watch because – even though it's long, I wanted to explain it to you as clearly as possible so that you could all understand. And I feel like – if you spend 30 minutes watching it fully then you should understand. I hope so! Love you all and I hope this helps! XOXOXOXO

  2. I have tried every fat burner guideline and also this fat loss program “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) is the one that works for me combined with their goods to burn off fat. I don’t really feel jittery or perhaps feel a crash, I am also not as starving as I used to. I’ve burn around 15 lbs since using this item. .

  4. What makes counting calories easier for me is using the NOOM app because it has all the foods in there and keep tracks of how much each thing is so you don’t have to worry about it

  7. Counting "points" isn't actually simpler than counting calories. You're just counting calories, but dividing them by 100 and calling them points.

    What is helpful about this system is the idea of splitting food into 100 calorie portions. It makes it much easier to count calories since you're adding 100 at a time. The issue comes when your food doesn't split nicely into 100 calorie portions.

    It is also helpful to think about rounding your calories. It's much simpler to count 150, 100 and 250 calories, than 147, 103 and 251.
