  1. I've tried this site like 6 times and every time it won't send me my TDEE it just sends me macros and tries to get me to sign up for something. Are there any better, reliable sites I can use?

  2. Eat real food meats and vegetables and your insulin will never be high enough to create fat storage, its never been about calories just quality of food, I've eaten up to 4000 calories a day in a weeks time at 200 grams of fat a day and still lost fat, Congratulations on your journey but the better you eat like the keto/carnivore diet you just don't have to worry about the calories, just your macros 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% cards, its a Wonderful life

  3. If you're trying to lose weight, here is my formula that worked great for me, and is simple and common sense:
    1. Eat unprocessed foods. Single ingredients are a must. Free range organic is good, but work with what you can afford.
    2. Never eat to full. Only eat to 80% full, at the most.
    3. Drink lots of water all the time. Drink water especially right before and while you eat.
    4. Eat slowly.
    5. Exercise to supplement your healthy eating.
    6. Eat a variety of food. Eat fats, veggies, protein, whatever. Eat a nice variety.

It pretty much comes down to not eating processed foods AND not overeating. Counting calories is GREAT. But I bet most would benefit just starting off with simple, common sense steps like this. Once you've gotten down consciously controlling your intake by determining how hungry you are , being hydrated, and eating slowly, then you can start tracking calories, which I think will end up being a necessary step for anyone. Or tracking macros. They're pretty much the exact same things with just a bit different focus.

  4. John! Thank you so much! This made a significant difference and now I feel a lot better knowing what Iโ€™ve been doing wrong @.@! Your videos give me hope and cross fingers I can get down to my target weight!

  5. Hey could u help me ๐Ÿ™ I went from 309 lbs to 275 lbs but I have been on this plateau for months now…. I already eat 1900 cal (yes I count accurately) and I work out several hours per week… with so much more weight to lose I feel like if I drop my cal and increase my workouts I might not be able to keep it up and I donโ€™t want to quit ! But I donโ€™t know what else to do, if I drop my cal and I work out more I might get into another plateau in a few months with this much weight still to lose what should I do then… im desperate ! Anyone has advice

  6. Im stuck @ 168 currently eating 2120 calories. Should I drop calories or increase cardio? Im 5'8. Any suggestions welcome.

  7. My fitness pal says I should be eating 1,700 Cals but IIFYM says I should be eating 2,229. So would you recommend I eat 2,000? I do 2 strength training days & 3 days of group training which consists of lots of running & interval training. ๐Ÿ˜Š LOVE the videos BTW
