  2. Good video, Stephanie. My metabolism is very odd, I can lose and gain equally quickly. I find that when I switched from keto to flexible dieting, I am very carb sensitive. On keto, I could just eat keto and not even track as much. On the flexible approach I really have to watch my carbs. And I train hard 5 days a week and do 35 minutes a day of cardio. If I overdo the rice and potatoes, I put on weight. I think my biggest problems is the carb amounts and also is not enough sleep. I’m 5’8 and 158lbs, body fat 11 percent. I’m trying to get my lower abs to come in. It seems to be taking the longest. My shoulders have a lot of straiations and very vascular, but my lower abs are still needing to come in. Definitely a slower cut is a secret to not losing too much muscle. Thanks again

  5. Actually it’s how much you eat not what you eat, everyone has a unique BMR to keep their body fat, if you eat McDonald’s for example but still are at a caloric deficit you WILL lose fat. If you ain’t counting them macros you’re slackin’.
