  3. These affirmations helped me a lot! I lost 1.8kg last month and althrought it's not too much, it works like a charm! I started to move my body, to drink more water and always try to find activities to keep me out of food. I did not plan to exercise and control how much water I drink really, but it all comes up automatically with affirmations! I recommend listening to these affirmations in front of the mirror, too! Thank you and KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! I feel much much better.

  4. Hi all. I am quite new to this. I didn't even know that this technique existed. I came across it accidentally. I want to lose weight and especially from the hips, buttocks, outer thigh and upper arms. So please tell me how should I proceed. First, I try to listen to a general weight loss sub, then one hips, one for thighs, then one for losing arms and back fat, then one for toning of upper body, again losing arms and back fat sub and then lastly a positive affirmative one for weight loss and food addict. Am I following the right process? Or should I change something. I am planning to add one, one sub for hair and skin. I am also planning to go for a hypnosis session while sleeping at night.
