I hope you'll do a segment eventually on the different kinds of diets (low carb, low fat, the fad diets like celeb diets) and from a doctor's POV give your advice on which is right for what or who. I'm eating low carb (my only carbs are from vegetables and nuts, and some dark chocolate in weekends) at the moment, I've lost 20 kilos, and I'm saddened that so many doctors in my country (Norway) don't know anything about it.

  2. Do weight/core workouts for all over your body, try rowing, swimming or bicycling instead of running. I hate running, and my knee is ruined so I can't do it either, and I do rowing instead. SUCH a good workout, if you do it right, a great way to start (after stretching) and then moving onto weights/core workout for the rest of your alloted time. You really do not have to run to tone your legs.

  3. I don't understand, I run 1h , three times a week, eat healthy…and my BMI is 24, so 1 point away from the "limit" and I do not look fat at all, why is that ?!
