  1. Thank you Julia, this program has helped me nail tricky poses such as crow. I’ve seen and felt my body has changed, especially my core. My running has become more fluid too. I must admit I do other HIIT workouts followed by your workout which is good as I can stretch out my muscles. Love the bonus tips too, got my water bottle, got my Macro Nutrient Plate. Bought Zucchini noodles, maple sugar etc. I’ve lost 4 stubborn kilos just 1 more to go to target. Recommend this program to all beginners and expert yogis alike.

  2. In my own experience, weight loss equals 95% diet and 5% exercise. I really enjoy watching the yoga here though for strength and flexibility, not to mention the entertainment factor.
