  2. It's all bullshit. I'm a walking mailman, I walk 23k steps every day, and my joints constantly hurt. I'm 300lbs, my calves look like the guy on the bike in the liberty mutual commercial. My legs are solid muscle. You do not feel awesome after walking that much, when I get home from work, it's hard to walk from my car to my house from the pain, and then rinse and repeat the next day.
