I wish I would have documented the majority of my weight loss journey, but I am now ready to share to the world how I gained weight throughout college and figured out how to get to a healthy weight after.

After filming this, there were so many things I realized I could have added or gone into more detail with, but almost 15 minutes is long enough. I plan to continue with detailed subjects of my weight loss journey, if you have any you would like to see first please let me know!

  4. I just started my routine should i lift weights or just cardio to lose the fat first. My arms are big and want them smaller. What size weights u lifted when u started liftning weights?
