  1. Absolutely love ur video I am starting my weight loss journey just recently just had my fourth child so appreciate your help as moderation is key thank you so much x

  2. Did you do the digital or workshop and digital. Which do you recommend?? I’m 280 pounds and 18 years old I want to get fit and healthy so bad for my mental health and I need advice please answer 😊

  3. I just joined WW and you are such an inspirartion!! I have MS and am very limited in my mobility. That is how I gained so much weight. I am only 5 ft tall and small framed and weigh 175 which puts me in 2x and size 20 petite pants. My boobs are gynormous!! I need to take off this weight. Can't drive so can't go to meetings so youtube videos are so important. Thank you for sharing!!

  4. I didn't do WW, but it is a great program. My mom used and lost tons of weight. I started over 300 lbs in 2017. I lost 100 lbs in approximately 9 months through kickboxing and eating clean. You are right. You cannot deprive yourself or you will set yourself up to fail. At least I know I would in my case! If I wanted the coke or candy bar, I ate it. I also adjusted my workout to burn off the added calories. No, you don't stay motivated 24/7! I have about 50 more to lose until I am at goal. Congratulations! 🙂

  5. I would LOVE to see more recipes you make on video and what you eat in a day videos. Thanks! Although you are my daughter's age, I get so much inspiration from you! <3 Thank you so much for sharing you journey with us.

  6. I know people who workout occasionally change their routine, but I would like to see what your entire workout looks like. I've seen. a couple of short clips of you lifting weights, but what is a routine I can copy when I go to the gym? Have you changed your own routine throughout your journey, or has it stayed the same? How often do you get to the gym and is it more than once a day? Your results are SO RAD!!

  7. Keep telling your story, over and over. Keep posting your before and after pictures! People love that stuff!! You are very motivational and people need weight Watchers!
