Hi folks, don't forget Vitamin K2 mk7 + Magnesium they all belong together.When talking about Vitamin D 3 ,please, please, always mention k2 mk7 because without k2 mk7 you've got problems,that's our transporter,it transports our calcium to our teeth and bones,and prevents calcium entering into our arteries.Magnesium is also important.It also helps with Vitamin D3 together to lose weight.
    Don't forget the babies and children they need it too.
    With k2 mk7 we also have to know the right dosage 50 mcg,100 mcg,150 mcg and 200 mcg which is the highest dosage.When taking 5000 IU Vitamin D3 or more,you'll need the highest dosage of k2 mk7 200 mcg.Be careful when taking medication for thinning the blood.I did read that aspirin was okay ,but over 100 mcg k2 mk7 is questionable.When taking k2 mk7 100mcg don't take more than 4000 IU Vitamin D3.Then you'll have a problem of blocked arteries because of the high dosage of Vitamin D3.Look up aspirin and Vitamin K2 mk7 before taking k2 mk7.
