  3. Can I still swim? I’m a competitive swimmer and that’s a lot of cardio but I don’t do any other form of cardio anymore. If I incorporate weights will I still be able to lose fat and gain muscle? I have swim practice for an hour every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with swim meets on Tuesday. And when the high school season starts I have swim practice almost every day for 2 hours with around 3 swim meets a week😬
