  1. Bad advice Joe. Rice, beans and potatoes are the healthiest foundations for your diet. Bread and pasta are fine also, just stick to whole grain. The butter on the bread isn't good. The cream, cheese, cooking oil that's all bad. But people eating diets of rice, beans, potatoes, etc all live long, healthy lives with trim, lean bodies.
