  1. Fasting is so much easier than trying to limit your eating; you just don't eat. Stay busy and drink your tea. Be sure you are taking in Sea Salt for minerals. Your body eats itself and no need for surgical skin removal.

  3. People are ignorant.  Standard American diet is not nutritious like everyone states he will be missing.  Juicing is not that good, too much sugar.  Intermittent fasting is the way to go.  18 hours fasting; 6 hours eating.  Ketogenic dieting is the way to eat.

  5. 44 pounds in 55 days. Don't get me wrong, 44 pounds is a tremendous amount, but I get why he was slightly disappointed. Poor guy has my metabolism.

  6. I don't see how they are able to fast like that with just water. I can go 8 hours without eating and just drinking water and I feel so hungry that I feel like puking. I am amazed at people with that kind of will power. I couldn't do it.
