  1. Hey guys! Hope you enjoy todays video – I'm sharing my daily weight-loss routine, and also some easy habits that you can use to lose weight. Sorry this one is a little bit on the long side, I edited it as much as possible (to make it as short as possible) – but I felt that there was a lot that I wanted to share in this one.
    I will try my best to keep videos shorter for you guys in the future! But you will notice that I added the times for when each new habit starts (this way you can skip forward to the next one if you want to).

  2. tip: if you want to drink more water easily, drink 4 bottles, and add some no sugar lemonade sirup to 2 bottles of your water. no calories but really tasty!

  3. I`ve been utilizing this diet “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) for a couple of weeks now and so far I really like them! They give me a lot of energy and also control my desire for food, but I don`t crash when they wear off which I love, and they don`t make me jittery. I have not changed anything else I am doing and also have dropped 7 lbs. .

  4. i've tries tons of diet and meal plan and none of them worked on me…..complicated to count, lots of product to buy in powder that taste awfulll and thousands of dollars spent away and then i saw one of your vidéo….i just ordered the bundle and i will try your recipe BECAUSE it seems simple, tasty and truthfully you dont look like someone who will try to make money over my journey….Your advice are honest and you only relly on good healthy food. I really hope it work for me this time !

  8. I tried eating so many different meals since I stared my health journey and I would feel like it's a lot of food but then I'd still feel hunger pains later. I realized I needed way more protein than I was getting to feel full. I always feel more satisfied when I add a good amount of protein to at least two meals in the day. Which is even harder since I'm vegan. Lots of tofu lol. It's just so funny how different everyone is some people are full on carbs and good fats but I NEED PROTEINNN
