These lemon and rosemary roasted chicken thighs have a flavor combination that everyone can enjoy.

6 medium boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 large lemons
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
1 ½ teaspoons dried rosemary
1 ½ teaspoons dried ground sage

  1. that's pretty high in fat…. 3 tbsp of olive oil = 30g fat + 14g chicken fat per 100g, that looks like more than 1 kg of chicken so that's A LOT of fat damn

I just have one concern when it come out.. is the seasoning spread out evenly? Because I did not season the bottom part with anything just the top part just like in the video. Is that okay??
