My calorie range for the day is 1550, I’m 5’7 with a pretty sedentary life (work from home) . Some days I go over, some under – just trying to set a guideline for myself but I’m not incredibly strict.

  2. Love love love these videos but just 1 tip if you don't mind. Please please PLEASE eat your fruits BEFORE you eat any sort of lunch or big/process foods like meat or sandwiches or salads or pasta or anything like that. Studies have shown that eating fruits after your regular meal is horrible for your stomach. Since fruits are filled with water, when the stomach is processing whatever you ate, if you eat fruits right after, the stomach puts aside any food and starts to process the fruits to get all the nutrients out, but the problem is that the food that's supposed to be healthy filled with carbs and all the good stuff gets rotten in your system, and when its done processing the fruits, the food in your stomach lost most of the nutrients it was supposed to deliver to your body, ending in just fat and waste. Doctors recommend to eat all the fruit you want BEFORE you eat your meals because that's the best time for your stomach to quickly digest it, also leaving your stomach a bit more full, so you end up eating less and still getting the nutrients you want. I really really recommend this to get the MOST out of all your fruits and also hardcore foods, and for your body to fully digest properly all foods. Having fruits as deserts is seriously the worst thing you can do after big meals, your better off eating an actual candy bar and fruits. Love your videos so freaking much, I hope you don't get mad. <3

  3. Someone help me pleaseeee, im so confused. So this is what im doing right now: Before, during my bulk, I ate 1,500 calories a day. 2 weeks ago I started my cut, eating 1,150 calories a day + doing cardio on an empty stomach. ( burning around 400 calories ) Am I putting myself in a caloric deficit? If not, someone please teach me how I can.

    Im 13 years old, 5'4, and weigh 116 pounds. I lift 6 times per week and dont play sports anymore. I do occasionally swim and like i said I have been doing cardio every morning for about 2 weeks now. I lost alot of water weight but thats about it, no fat loss in my face and barely in my chest and stomach region.

  4. How do you stay motivated? Ive somehow gotten the motivation today to say enough is enough and I need to start eating healthy tbh I love healthy foods it’s just easier to pick up a bag of chips lmao but I’m gunna cut all that out and go to the shops tomorrow and buy a heap of health foods

  5. I've tried pretty much every diet known to man to lose weight, I would lose weight but the diets were not sustainable and I'd end up gaining the weight back. I wanted to give up because everywhere I looked I'd get advice like "carbs are bad" "sugar is bad" dairy is bad" etc. this is amazing and nonrestrictive. Losing weight doesn't have to be boring thank you for giving me confidence in a sustainable weight loss meal plan!! ❤️
