  1. so basically you ate healthier generally and worked out… the Soylent really didn't actually do anything. Your lunches and dinners were healthier, and that's something you're not fucking mentioning.

  2. I counted calories using the underarmor fitness app until I had a good grip on how much I should be eating in a day. Now I have a decently accurate subconscious idea of my daily intake and whether I did well or not. I have up and down days and weekends, but overall things have been going in the right direction for a while now.

  3. Meal replacement shakes will that help me cause I'm 33 and I had a heartattack I want to completely stop eating and try shakes that way I'm not getting tempted to eat junk food and crap

  4. What has helped me love a healthier life is tracking my nutrients on the app Cronometer. I prefer counting the nutrients in my food to ensure I’m giving my body what it needs and to be mindful of what I’m eating.
