  1. I’m trying to build some even more muscle, my question is, is it okay that I get up at 5 and weight train on an empty stomach and then eat after?

  3. That really didn't look that bad… I mean Walmart chicken is kinda nasty but get some good farm raised stuff from the fancy store and I could totally do this. I love meat and veggies and don't really like carbs (except on pizza) so maybe that would make it easier than for some people
