  1. I'm a 47 years old menopausal woman. Approximately 5-6 weeks ago I stopped eating sweets. It's a big deal for me because I always had such a sweet tooth. I have no sugar cravings since. Probably now I'm eating the most healthily in decades, but my weight dropped very little, only couple of kilograms. I don't have added sugar or added fat in my food, no vegetable oils, I eat plenty of salad, fish and can't lose weight. Eating only two main meals per day with one snack ( fruit). I'm not really fat, maybe bit overweight with some belly fat which I'm unable to shift.

  2. I’m pre -men at 46 and gain more weight..I try 12/12 fasting and walking 1hr.hope for the best result.anyway I’m hyperthyroidism increasing belly fat😌

  3. I have started exercising regularly to increase metabolism so I can still eat some carbs. However, I have decreased the amount of food I eat significantly.

  4. That’s me, the perfect storm! I was never overweight until menopause. I am about to start a 16: 8 fast, currently I eat in a 12 hour window. Great video thanks Doc.

  5. I'm on a low fat, low carb diet due to high cholesterol and being borderline diabetic – will your program work for me?

  6. Eight solid weeks of Low carb IF diet and I did not lose one ounce. I hope this works for you, but it surely it didn't work for me. My husband lost 25 pounds. Needless to say, we aren't speaking at the moment. (lol)

  7. Thank you for a thorough, concise overview of what is happening to me and so many others. After watching your other videos I have added avocados, walnuts and avocado oil to my diet. And I’m being more mindful when I do indulge in things that may not be a part of the suggested eating plan. I really appreciate you sharing this info. 🙏🏾🙌🏾👏🏾💥❤️❤️❤️
