  1. I workout 6 days a week, eat 1200 calories (weighed and measured) and still can't lose weight. I am short though, and my metabolism is messed up from restricting heavily when I was younger. I hope I can overcome it. Its frustrating when you finish a month of intense workouts with no cheats and your measurements haven't changed anywhere
