  1. Thank you, Holly, for yet another informative, balanced video.
    The thing I have found to have the biggest impact on subcutaneous fast (for me) has been intermittent fasting. To be clear, this does not mean being in caloric deficit, rather eating only during a short timeframe – the shorter the better I find, but it also has to be manageable, practical and sustainable. For me this is typically a 4-6 hour 'feeding' window, almost every day, but I mix it up occasionally with a shorter fast – say 12 hours. Again, I speak only from personal experience but the literature does seem to support intermittent fasting as a strategy for driving fat mobilisation. I would be very interested to know your thoughts.

  4. WIll these exercises and building your legs at all build mass? I feel like my legs are just getting bigger, But I feel like it may be because now I have fat and muscle on my legs?

  5. Really interesting Holly thank you, it's great to hear how best to tackle a lot of my stubborn fat areas as I'm finding that I'm starting to look slimmer in odd places. Now I know why!
