  3. this was a great video but i wanted to add something- when you were talking about eating nutrient dense foods around 10:48 you mentioned "good" and "bad" fats, sugars, foods etc. this kind of labelling of which foods are "good" and "bad" often feed into disordered eating thoughts, like "wow i'm eating a bad food i must get rid of it/not do it again/just give up and eat this i'll start fresh tomorrow". it's okay to eat things that are so called "empty calories" because they are enjoyable and that's okay. i totally agree with eating more nutritionally dense meals though, it will lessen cravings and also just create a healthier lifestyle overall. but labelling foods into good and bad categories just kind of set off an alarm for me because that's a very common factor in eating disorders
