  5. I want to loose 7kgs and I'm bad a will power, I'm starting with 1800cals and that's a lot but I'm a binge eater, I'm also doing only 3 meals and fasting for around 12-14hrs atm. Then I'm cutting to 1700cals in a month and try to extend my fast. I am also doing 3 days HITT cardio 2 days strength training all before breakfast so I am doing fasting workouts 🙂 slowly want to get to 1500 Cal's and get my body there slowly and only have my 3 main meals since the less often U spike Ur insulin the better 🙂
