  2. I just want to say… THANK YOU!!
    It's so hard for me personally to have "3 healthy meals a day"
    I work full time, I'm a mother, I have continouse errands to run and other commitments in my life (not going into detail). I have disheartened all the time when I have to miss out with friends to go out to eat, or because my partner is eating a pizza and I have to eat my kale!! Its miserable!

  3. Yep I diet this way too. And hiit first thing in the morning while in a fasted state. And I eat anything I want but making sure I’m in a deficit still. I actually searched if anyone else trained and ate like this. And yep it’s good to see others are starting to realise that they don’t have to cut off all foods for weight loss. Caloric deficit is key for weight loss, period..
