  3. Hi, I have PCOS and started the keto diet a month ago. It helped me a lot! So thank you for sharing it…I have one question, do I have to keep my diet low carbs for ever? I am concerned about health issues that may or may not have this kind of lifestyle. By the way I'm from Italy so my english isn't perfect at all…I hope you'll understand anyway…

  4. Im being tested for pcos on monday too. Im abit worried. How long did it take for your periods to normalise after starting keto? Do you take any medication for your pcos too?
