  1. I tried this excercise today. After jumping jacks excercise I felt very very tiered and dizzy. Having water did not help. In few minutes I felt like throwing up. But didn't as my stomach was empty. I rested a while and did the reverse crunch with great difficulty. Can some one suggest any tips why do I feel that way how can I avoid it.
