  2. I quit HIIT after the slow burpees. Didn't do all the strength workouts cause time ran out but the ones I did kicked my ass.

  5. Could only make it to the 21 minute mark! Boy that was intense but I was sweating like crazy. These are my FAVORITE workouts and I have lost weight, built muscle and changed my body doing these along with my power blocks 👏🏼👏🏼 Great for mommies who can’t leave the house!
