  5. Last year I did Clean Eating and really loved it. Not sure why I stopped. I was loosing weight and feeling good. Even my allergies was really good. Then I tried Plant Based. Wasn't too bad. But I crave chicken and fish, and pork sometimes. So I decided to go back to Clean Eating. This video is helping a lot to relearn it and maybe learn something new. 🙂 I use to make my dressing, with Olive oil and lemon and sweetener, (Truvia). Wish we had those larbar's here at our store. I use to also make me a frozen strawberry drink. Just take frozen strawberries and blend them with some water. And sweetener of choice. It is so good. Almost like a slush. This video is definitely making me want to get started again. 🙂 Love overnight oats. And also Chia Seed pudding. I would make banana oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips, for my sweet tooth. 🙂 Subscribed.

  6. Simplicity when applied correctly is always more powerful than complex. For some reason we tend to overly complicate dieting. Clean eating is nothing more than eating foods such as fruits, veggies, nuts, and so on in their natural state, which means unprocessed. Great Job!

  7. Loved the planning tip. I have to use so much will power to eat clean when I haven't planned out my snacks! Awesome tip. Also loved the 80/20 rule. Initially I wanted to lose weight so I'm on a deficit but I find myself getting good hungry as I became more fit.
