  1. Advice for men would be – stay off the machines. Go for the free weights for an actual workout and go sprinting in a park or swimming for cardio. As for women, I’d recommend walking on a treadmill for atleast an hour. That’ll allow you to lose leg fat without getting muscular but apart from that I’m not too sure soz :/
