Check out the latest snack to come out of the PROMiXX kitchen. This week, our resident Lad, Will is whipping up a Banana and Honey Protein Shake that will put a smile on your face and leave you full and satisfied.

300ml milk of your choice
1 banana (mashed)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbs honey (or to taste)

1. In a bowl, mash the banana to a pulp using a fork.
2. Pour milk into your PROMiXX and activate vortex. Add mashed banana and mix for 5-10 seconds.
3. Add vanilla protein powder, and honey to taste. Mix until smooth (10-15 seconds).
4. Enjoy.
