  1. I've been doing interval & weight training for almost 2 years and have been in a calorie deficit…..why am I not losing weight!???? I'm putting on muscle….but the weight is going nowhere!

I have a lot of health problems and can't take some of the essential oils you recommend, like grapefruit and ashwagandha because of thyroid and Addison's Disease.
