It's the first thing that happens in the morning and it can take me out of bed. Then once I have breakfast and especially if I drink a little bit of coffee I run straight to the bathroom for the second time in a morning. As the day goes by this stops but the in the evenings I experience enormous bloating after dinner. Is that IBS or does it look like something else? I tried removing irritants from my diet but its still there. I have had a colonoscopy, a gluten allergy test and stool test and everything looks normal. I am desperate and don't know what else to do, any help is very much appreciated

However you really dropped the ball when you avoided talking about how cuciferous veggies are a major irritant for people with IBS (like me) and they make following a keto program difficult since the cruciferous veggies are the ones most recommended due to being lower carb. At this point I am limited to eating salad greens and at my senior age I fear I am not getting enough nutrients and will lose weight faster than is good for me. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS.

  8. To whomever it may concern: Cause of the IBS very often is …..ta ta ta….dry eyes. Yes, it's connected. Especially if you are reading a lot, or spending a lot of your time on the computer. There are some studies that confirmed this, you can google it. I cured my IBS with Eyes Yoga video clips on YouTube and blinking a LOT!

  9. My IBS resolved itself when I made my stomach acidic with Apple Cider Vinegar. I also take 500mg of OxBile and an Enzyme supplement to help break down fats and proteins. Apparently I had some kind of insufficiency probably caused by lack of healthy amount of acidic Hydrochloric Acid.

  10. it's the fodmaps that is the problem. no protein no gluten. give up high fodmap foods. there are low fodmaps apps. I tried everything and I was only healed when I gave up high fodmap foods

  11. Also GET RID OF ALL THE METAL DENTAL WORK FILLINGS ( that contains MERCURY, ALUMNIUM etc,) whicht is the root cause of many IBS cases and eating GMO'S.
