  1. I sooo wish we could actually see dr berg and get treated and helped by him. I need help so bad and I know going to a reg doc will be a nightmare. Million tests and probably still have no clue. 🙁

  2. Will try keto and also that cloud bread. If it doesnt work I'll just stop bread…I really think bread is the main culprit. Oh I love it so😭 big bread glutton😑

  3. Hi Dr Eric, I am experience a chronic situation that looks like IBS but I need some insight. For the last 5 years or so, I have morning diarrea or loose stools. It's the first thing that happens in the morning and it can take me out of bed. Then once I have breakfast and especially if I drink a little bit of coffee I run straight to the bathroom for the second time in a morning. As the day goes by this stops but the in the evenings I experience enormous bloating after dinner. Is that IBS or does it look like something else? I tried removing irritants from my diet but its still there. I have had a colonoscopy, a gluten allergy test and stool test and everything looks normal. I am desperate and don't know what else to do, any help is very much appreciated

  4. Kombucha, miso, rooibos, pu'her tea, sauerkraut (make sure it's the real fermented one not the fake wine sauerkraut, get the import from Europe) and tempeh, but tempeh is kinda gross you might like it though. All these heal the gut and bowels, also good for the blood and immunity.

  5. GUYS!! PEPPERMINT TEA, ALOE VERA JUICE AND ATOMY PROBIOTICS! Just try these things before and after you have your meal. I cured mine in a month after three months of terrible pain.

  6. I follow you regularly and appreciate all of the education you provide. However you really dropped the ball when you avoided talking about how cuciferous veggies are a major irritant for people with IBS (like me) and they make following a keto program difficult since the cruciferous veggies are the ones most recommended due to being lower carb. At this point I am limited to eating salad greens and at my senior age I fear I am not getting enough nutrients and will lose weight faster than is good for me. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS.

  7. I got GERD and then got IBS 😱😱😱 I am currently cutting out grains. But it's so hard bc I get so hungry on just veggies, fruits.

  8. To whomever it may concern: Cause of the IBS very often is …..ta ta ta….dry eyes. Yes, it's connected. Especially if you are reading a lot, or spending a lot of your time on the computer. There are some studies that confirmed this, you can google it. I cured my IBS with Eyes Yoga video clips on YouTube and blinking a LOT!

  9. My IBS resolved itself when I made my stomach acidic with Apple Cider Vinegar. I also take 500mg of OxBile and an Enzyme supplement to help break down fats and proteins. Apparently I had some kind of insufficiency probably caused by lack of healthy amount of acidic Hydrochloric Acid.

  10. it's the fodmaps that is the problem. no protein no gluten. give up high fodmap foods. there are low fodmaps apps. I tried everything and I was only healed when I gave up high fodmap foods

  11. Also GET RID OF ALL THE METAL DENTAL WORK FILLINGS ( that contains MERCURY, ALUMNIUM etc,) whicht is the root cause of many IBS cases and eating GMO'S.
