  1. This 23 min session welcomes BALANCE back to the body.

When you are in a balanced state you are able to move with ease.
When you are in a balanced state, you can be of service to others.
When you are in a balanced state you are able to let your true colors shine, naturally.

This is why we do yoga, in my opinion, and this is why this community ROCKS.

    Say hi down below!

  2. I travel so much that I love this practice video! It has been my routine to do this video the night I come back to home or the next day. Thank you so much for making me feel ten thousand times better!!

  3. The perfect desk uncrumpling sequence, thank you, Adriene – and especially for the Janet Jackson rendition which made me laugh, and is now stuck in my head ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Thank you so much Adriene! Especially for making me laugh with your last remark to Bengi! Namaste from Vietnam.

  5. ๐Ÿ˜ Just what i needed before i get in the car for a long drive! Summer tour is kickin my butt but yoga will see me thru!! Thank you!! โšกโญ•๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ž

  6. I traveled all day yesterday, 9+ hours on a plane. I was literally vibrating with energy in my arms and legs. Thanks for waking up my body and my spirit!

  7. Thank you for that! I had a REALLY long journey to meet my sister in New Zealand (24+ hours) and I really needed some relaxation. โค๏ธ

  8. This is one of my favorites because it's easy to do when you don't have a mat available and the pointy foot back move makes me feel like a ballerina ๐Ÿ˜š๐Ÿงš๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ˜† I am nearing the end of week 3 traveling in Sri Lanka and I try to fit in a 20 min practice every day to stay grounded. This morning I was bouncing around trying not to fly out of a safari jeep in Udawalawa National Park for about 3 hours so I really needed some rebalancing and reconnection! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’

  9. I am so jet lagged! ๐Ÿ˜† And I've been doing TONS of walking but not much yoga while travelling. This practice was a great, gentle way to ease back in. I am sore in so many places, probably from so much walking and sitting all cramped up in planes for hours on end. Thank you Adrienne! โค๏ธ
