The second video in our Vietnam Expeditions series is here, and when we were planning our first ever group trip – we wanted to include everything we love about travel…and one of those things is doing an overnight train.

We are on the Reunification Express overnight sleeper train from Hanoi to Hue. We organized the first class carriage for everyone and this was our experience.

In the morning we arrived in Hue and after checking in at our hotel we made our way around the city. Spots we explored
– Hue Imperial Palace
– Thien Mu Pagoda
– Royal Tombs of the Nguyen kings
– Sunset cruise on the Perfume River.

  2. I feel like a lot of Americans would get how to pronounce Hue, just because of the Tet Offensive. Lots of dead people in Hue…

  3. Im planing to go to Thailand and I may want to go to Vietnam do you think it’s easy to get the visa to get to Vietnam while I’m in Thailand? I have USA passport.

  4. What an amazing train adventure? These are not humans, but some of the cutest little aliens landing on this train from the Extraterrestrial Life 😅
    Love from India ❤️

  5. Hi, Thank you very much for making such a stunning video traveling by train in Vietnam. It is definitely recommended travelling Vietnam by train if you have the time in your itinerary and want to have a more local experience 🙂

  6. I luv luv your adventures!🙏🏿😍 May I ask what is the name of the song that was playing when Jess was walking through the red doors! I am in AWE! Beautiful!!

  7. Please try not to pronounce the name of this city "Huế" to the way we pronounce "hue" as in tint or color. Try to say "huey" or "hway" in one syllable real fast. 🙂 Just a suggestion from an Vietnamese-American.
