  1. Thank you Nadine. We are covered thru our exclusive private travel membership with these types of services, and it's cool that even when we purchase any travel service, the cost turns into points good for cash usable for 10 years on just about anything, travel or non travel. So we get the best of the best that isn't offered anywhere else. Love your video and your spirit! God bless you Sis!

  3. Well, ill never take those….here's a short story why.

A guy took his gf for an island for vacation, he took traveling insurance for both of them as he always does while traveling.

While having fun on the beach they decided to swim, the ocean was kinda rough and windy, the girlfriend went deep in the water and vanished. After massive search they announced that she is probably drowned in the ocean, she was never found and pronounced dead, now the guy is accused of murdering and they think he did it for the money "The insurance he took in the airport prior to their departure"

    It's a true story.

  4. I can tell you're trying to make it fun but you seemed very scripted in what you were doing. Which I get! But I dont know, i think it would have been more enjoyable if you weren't very scripted

  5. I was in Myanmar and had to go into surgery with a stay of two nights and then returned each day for just over a week to have bandages changed. I was their first foreign patient so it made the the two days interesting. I had my travel insurance so all was covered.

  6. Isn't insurance just giving your money away in case something happens, and when it does happen you've already covered the cost 10 times over?
Isn't it better just to have emergency savings, which can save you money, without having to gamble?

  7. @Nadine Sykora I learned the hard way to read every word on every page of any contract. I have travel insurance which covered an unlimited number of days on one of my credit cards. They mailed me the contract, not thinking much of the 15 page document. I only read the double page brief pamphlet. It stated that the only requirement was to call a number within 24 hours of receiving emergency treatment. Unfortunately in Decemeber 2014 i spent 30 hours in a USA hospital due to severe exhaustion and dehydration. I called said number immediately upon being awake and lucid and was told everything would be covered. That i wouldnt have to pay anything, nor deal with hospital admin as they would do everything required. Upon discharge, i was presented with an ~$8,000 bill. Figuring it was an error, i called said number again. This is when they informed me that i was being denied because i didnt call before i received treatment. Unfortunately no matter how hard i tried to explain that it was impossible as i was unconscious for the first 12 hours of treatment and another person called an ambulance because i passed out, they still insisted i should have called in before hand.

Most useless insurance ever!! How many hundreds or thousands of people have been screwed over because in that emergency they were physically unable to make that prephone call.Next time im dispensing the  money and buying proper insurance!

  8. My family only use Insurance if we're travelling more than a week. Like if we're away for 2 weeks or a month we use our Insurance but if we only go away for only a week then we don't really need it. Me and my family went on a 2 month vacation in Japan and my mom slipped on some wet slippery rocks and she broke her left arm and we went to the hospital to have a surgery. After couple of weeks we got the hospital bill and it cost us around $800 – $900 (CAD) but thank god for travel insurance! They paid for all the medical/hospital bill!  Insurance is very IMPORTANT while travelling.
