  3. sorry to say this but dont tell people to avoid exercising. for some people they can do exercise in 2months. my doctor strictly asked me to do it in 2 months and im a lot more than fine. please ask the doctor and start your exercises as soon as possible or else its very hard to have the previous body. 6 months is a lot to wait if you are fine.
