  3. I followed this recipe step by step and it was a disaster. The chicken was mushed. The cubes was not completely melted. I have to stir it again, making the chicken more mushed. Good thing I separated the veggies (because I like my veggies half cooked).

  4. I use the Golden Curry and substitute tofu for the protein. It's really good. Add the tofu at the end and let sit for no less than 5 minutes. It's tasty.

  6. Oishi!!! I was first introduced to Japanese curry over 35 years ago in the food court of a Japanese department store. Ever since then, it has become my favorite type of curry. Your recipe is simple and looks delicious indeed. I will have to try it in my instant pot….now…off to the Asian market for curry cubes and rice! Arigato!
