  1. Quick release is a big mistake when cooking meats. Natural release is much better, it wont toughen up the fibers of the meat that way.
    We never saw you cut into the meat to see how tender it was. Also, I see a number of people in the comments saying they'll try it out, but I haven't seen any one come back to mention how theirs turned out.
