  1. I love your passion for these ribs…just referred this vid to someone again. Great vid–makes you want a rack of ribs…STAT. Its been my go to for ribs ever since I jumped on the instant Pot train, an I made a bunch of racks for the last party…always a hit….Thanks Chow.

  2. Thanks for the video. Just got some ribs today and have been dying to make ribs in my insta pot. I've only been using it as a rice cooker for the last few months lol. And yay Sweet Baby Ray's finally in Canada!!! Woohoo!!!

  3. What size instant pot are you using? I have the 6 qt duo plus 60. My whole package of ribs wouldn't fit. I'm going to cook them in 2 separate batches using fresh bath. I'm going to put them both in the oven at the same time. I wanted to cook corn on the cob while the ribs were in the oven, but we'll see. This is my first thing I'm cooking in my instant pot.
Edit: they are falling off the bone. I should have decreased the cooking time to 25 minutes because I only had room to cook 1/2 rack. Now I'm starting over for the other half.
I'm pretty sure that I need another pot, maybe the 8 qt.

  4. just wondering if you'd turn the ribs over in the over and get the sauce to carmelize on both sides. Just a few minuttes per side. They look great.
